Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is sent. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time for US orders is typically 3-8 business days after dispatch, depending on the product and the supplier it ships from. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and delays can occasionally occur.

Order tracking
When your order ships you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number whenever one is available from the carrier. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Where we ship
We ship to the destinations shown at checkout. If your address is not accepted at checkout, contact us at luminoglownow@gmail.com and we will confirm whether delivery to your location is possible.

Damaged or incorrect items
